By opening a trading account with Geldex Capital and activating Bursa+ functionality, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Scope and General Information 

1.1 Agreement Scope 

This agreement governs the use of the Bursa+ copy trading functionality (the “Platform’), provided to you by Geldex Capital, a registered Forex/CFD broker offering integrated access to third-party trading tools.

1.2 Platform Overview
The Bursa+ Platform is a copy trading service integrated into your trading account. It allows you to automatically follow trading signals from selected third-party traders (“Leaders”), as well as initiate manual trades.

Geldex Capital provides this functionality through a technology agreement with BURSAPLUS FINANCIAL L.L.C S.O.C, the developer and licensor of the Bursa+ platform.

2. Terms of Use

2.1 Access & Equipment
You access Bursa+ through a web portal or mobile application linked to your trading account. You are solely responsible for the equipment, internet access, and technical understanding required. 

2.2 Risk Disclosure & Responsibility 

Bursa+ does not constitute investment advice. You choose Leaders at your own risk.
Geldex Capital and Bursa+ do not guarantee profits or performance. Past results of any Leader do not indicate future success.

2.3 User Credentials

Platform access is protected by login credentials. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your login data and for all activity under your credentials. 

3. Leaders and Copy Trading

3.1 Choice of Leaders 

You independently select Leaders listed on the Platform. Each Leader’s trading history and risk metrics are available for reference.

3.2 Execution Disclaimer
Trades copied from Leaders may not be executed at the exact same prices due to latency, slippage, market volatility, or broker-side execution limitations. Geldex Capital is not liable for discrepancies.

3.3 Manual Trading

You may use the Platform to open and close positions manually. Manual trades are treated the same as standard trading account activity. 

4. Fees and Charges

4.1 No Platform Fees from Bursa +
You are not charged any fees directly by Bursa+ for using the Platform. There are no account or membership fees.

4.2 Broker Charges
Geldex Capital charges a flat commission per traded lot when Bursa+ is enabled, as per our pricing schedule. This commission is agreed upon during account opening. Please consult your account manager or refer to your onboarding documents for current rates.

5. Liability and Limitations

5.1 Market Risks
Trading CFDs and Forex involves high risk. Bursa+ signals are not investment recommendations. You are solely responsible for your account activity and capital decisions.

5.2 System Reliability
Platform access may be affected by internet connectivity, technical failure, or third-party disruptions. Geldex Capital is not responsible for losses resulting from system outages, including delayed or failed order execution via Bursa +.

5.3 No Guarantee of Performance
Neither Geldex Capital nor Bursa + guarantees performance, profits, or risk mitigation through the use of automated strategies or Leaders.

6. Data Use and Communication

6.1 Personal Data
Your account data may be shared securely with Bursa+ to enable the functioning of the Platform, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6.2 Communication
Platform notices, updates, and risk alerts may be sent through the Bursa+ interface, email, or your client portal.

7. Termination and Suspension

Geldex Capital may suspend or terminate your access to the Bursa+ Platform at its discretion in cases of misuse, breach of terms, or regulatory concerns.
You may request to disconnect your account from Bursa+ at any time by contacting our support team.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws applicable to St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
